Be A Coach. Change a Life! – All experience levels welcome
At First Tee – Western North Carolina, we use golf to help kids discover what’s inside of them and guide them to put it into action in everything they do.
To do this, we need enthusiastic individuals to serve as positive mentors and role models to kids (Ages 7-18) of various backgrounds. Our coaches’ ability to develop impactful relationships with our participants is the backbone of our program.
You don’t have to be a golf pro, you just have to love the game and want to work with kids. We will give you the support and tools you need to share your love of the game and make kids feel safe, included, and empowered.
We’re looking for adults (18+) that:
- Are young at heart and thrive working with kids
- Love golf
- Are creative and flexible
- Believe golf can change a young person’s life
- And can give an hour or two of their time weekly
